My name is Michal Antczak, pronounced Mihal Antchack or ミハエル アンチャック.

I am an ICF and ICA-certified Professional Coach specializing in multicultural leadership and collaboration challenges.
I am of Polish origin. I have lived in Poland, Canada, Norway, Singapore, and France. I am based in the beautiful and very international town of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, on the western outskirts of Paris. I speak Polish, English, French, and Norwegian.
For the last 20 years I have led regional and global teams spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, in one of the most interculturally focused industries – product globalization in the technology field. I have had the privilege of working with extremely talented people from all corners of the world, at some of the best known multinational companies, including Symantec, VMware, and PayPal, as well as major globalization service providers, such as Berlitz GlobalNet, Bowne Global Solutions, and Lionbridge.
I am deeply curious about anything that deals with cultural differences and how they impact leadership, collaboration, and communication in the global context. I am also a lifelong technology geek, a data junkie, and a diligent apprentice in skeptical empiricism. I love traveling, hiking in the northern regions of the world, exploring different cultures, and sampling great food. I read a lot, whenever I can (see here to find out more about my reading habits).
Most importantly of all I am blessed with a wonderful wife and three absolutely fantastic kids.
